St Ferrer is proud to announce that we have achieved certification to three ISO standards: ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, ISO 9001 for Quality Management, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management.

St Ferrer has been independently assessed by DNV, involving a comprehensive audit of our internal systems and existing processes. Achieving our triple certification reflects our unwavering commitment to the quality and reliability of our services, sustainability practices and enhanced safety measures.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management. It helps organisations improve performance, meet customer expectations, and demonstrate a commitment to quality. This certification underscores our dedication to customer satisfaction, efficient complaint resolution, process improvement, and ongoing optimisation.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System

ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS). It provides a framework for organisations to minimise their environmental footprint, comply with legal requirements, and achieve environmental objectives. For St Ferrer, adhering to ISO 14001 means taking proactive measures in resource usage, waste management, and environmental performance monitoring. This certification highlights our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System

ISO 45001 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system. It enables organisations to manage risks, improve OH&S performance, and demonstrate a commitment to worker health and safety. By adopting ISO 45001, St Ferrer ensures hazard identification, risk assessment, legal compliance, emergency planning, and continual improvement in workplace safety. This certification reflects our dedication to protecting our workforce and enhancing safety standards.

“It’s such a business milestone to get ISO accreditation. I always thought it was just a badge you put on your sales brochure or a box to tick to say you have done it,” said Chris Bertacco, Director at St Ferrer. “The reality is that it’s a serious business management systems health check to make sure you are everything you think you are in terms of OHS, QA, and Environment. I know through engineering our existing systems, we are now benchmarked at a global level and have a standard to uphold so our clients and subcontractors get surety that they are dealing with a proven, process-driven company.”

Achieving our triple certification to ISO standards is a testament to our team’s dedication to continuous improvement. Our accreditation has included many hours of our team’s valuable time, and we’re appreciative to all those involved in the process. As we look to the future, we remain committed to maintaining these high standards and continuously improving our practices.
