St Ferrer was engaged by Hamton Property Group to deliver the display suite for The Eveline at Moonee Valley Park, a residential development overlooking the Moonee Valley Racecourse. The Eveline comprises two distinct residence types, the Classic Residences and the Grand Residences, each designed with a focus on luxurious finishes and considered detail.
To showcase the two distinct residence features to prospective buyers, St Ferrer transformed a modular building into a purpose-built display suite. The works began by craning out a section of the existing structure, followed by the construction of two kitchens and two bathrooms replicating the finishes of each residence type. The fitout also included a foyer, entrance, and balcony positioned to highlight the development’s outlook over the racecourse.
