In collaboration with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), St Ferrer provided significant bathroom upgrades to Upwey South Primary School, Ardeer South Primary School, Mornington Park Primary School, and Mount Eliza Primary School.
These projects involved a complete internal demolition of existing toilet facilities, followed by the fitout and refurbishment to revitalise the essential amenities. St Ferrer ensured minimal disruption to students and staff, adhering to tight program commitments to meet the schools’ needs.
St Ferrer successfully delivered a six-week fitout and refurbishment of the boys and girls toilet blocks at Upwey South Primary School, including separate external facilities and an ambulant toilet in each. Works commenced with a complete strip-out of the existing amenities. This was followed by a full refurbishment featuring modern finishes, new fittings and fixtures, and a revitalised layout that included ten cubicles in the girls’ block, and five cubicles plus five urinals in the boys’ block. Throughout the project, St Ferrer provided weekly photo flash reports for inclusion in the school’s newsletter, keeping stakeholders and the broader community informed of progress.

Works commenced with a complete internal demolition and strip out of the existing bathroom interiors. Following this was the installation of the new bathroom which included new waterproofing, tiling, vinyl, fittings and fixtures, painting, window replacements and general make good works.
