St Ferrer is undertook crucial work to reduce the risk posed by 470m2 of combustible cladding on this multi-level building. Scaffolding was strategically placed on the front and back of the building, with a swing stage on the side, ensuring efficient access to the 6th floor up to the 8th floor.
