Cladding remediation is the critical process undertaken to reduce the risk associated with combustible cladding. However, it often comes with the potential for significant disruption to tenants’ lives. St Ferrer recognises that minimising this disruption and prioritising tenant satisfaction and safety is crucial for delivering a successful project on time.
Over the course of 14 weeks, St Ferrer collaborated with the owners and owners corporation to coordinate the successful removal and replacement of various high-risk cladding on this multi-level residential building.
