St Ferrer was awarded by Monash University the refurbishment of the ‘School of Mathematical Sciences’ building within the University’s Clayton campus. This project involved a heavily staged upgrade within a live environment and will involve a refurbishment over five levels. The project commenced in November 2017 and concluded in February 2018.
The aesthetic upgrade consisted of 4 floors of renovations throughout the corridors, lift lobbies and amenities area. 190 existing office doors were replaced with new including new door frames, carpet, painting, pin-boards and signage throughout. Being one of Monash University’s oldest buildings, the project has given it a fresh and modern makeover resulting in a very happy end-user group.
