St Ferrer is committed to enhancing safety in our communities by ensuring that combustible cladding risk is addressed. Spanning levels 4 and 5 of a multi-level residential building, the project involved the removal and replacement of 520m2 non-compliant cladding with a like-for-like, non-combustible alternative. Despite the challenges of one-way street access, our team ensured a smooth and efficient delivery over 14-weeks.
