In collaboration with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), St Ferrer provided significant bathroom upgrades to Ardeer South Primary School, Mornington Park Primary School, and Mount Eliza Primary School.
These projects involved a complete internal demolition of existing toilet facilities, followed by the fit-out and refurbishment to revitalise the essential amenities. St Ferrer ensured minimal disruption to students and staff, adhering to tight program commitments to meet the schools’ needs.
St Ferrer successfully completed an internal refurbishment of an existing toilet block, including both male and female bathrooms and a storage room. Works commenced with a complete internal demolition and strip out of the existing bathroom interiors. Following this was the installation of the new bathroom which included new waterproofing, tiling, vinyl, fittings and fixtures, painting, window replacements and general make good works.
