Christopher Bertacco

Over the past 15 years, Chris has built his reputation on the strength of the projects he has delivered. He is highly regarded in the construction industry for his breadth of experience having carried out roles in estimating, site management, contract administration and project management.

In his current role as pre-construction manager with St Ferrer, Chris implements strategies to ensure projects run to plan. He also reviews trade quality, checks for defects and ensures programmes are followed to keep work on track and deliver on what is promised at engagement.


Daniel Burmeister

With over 20 years in the construction industry, Daniel’s track record includes the successful completion of numerous high value projects, including; mixed use residential developments, data centres, new build construction and high-end corporate fit outs and refurbishments.

As construction manager at St Ferrer, Daniel puts his well-developed project management skills to use tracking job progress, controlling project costs and scheduling operational tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Daniel’s strong work ethic and interpersonal skills allow him to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve top results and meet deadlines.


Mitchell Marino

Mitchell’s construction career begun on-site almost a decade ago; applying his qualified trade on high-end residential construction along the Surf Coast of Victoria. Combining a strong foundation of site-based experience and formal studies, Mitchell is experiencing continual improvement within the industry and brings that focused approach to all projects.

Working closely with all project teams, Mitchell assists the day-to-day coordination of project operations, from initiation through to closure.


Jane Bowman

Jane holds more than 17 years of experience across sales, partnership and marketing roles, driving new ideas and fostering connections that lead to proven revenue growth.

Responsible for the brand strategy of St Ferrer, Jane maintains brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.

Her strong relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in business planning and strategy allow for effective planning and execution of communications across all channels.


Alicia Barrett

As an experienced financial controller with an impressive reputation, Alicia is responsible for overseeing all financial transactions at St Ferrer. Alicia drives process improvement and operational performance, ensuring accuracy and greater efficiency to our financial systems.

Working closely with our executive team, Alicia plays an integral role in the continued growth of St Ferrer.


Martin Skidmore

Martin holds a strong track record of delivering a solid mix of commercial building projects across Aged Care, Retail, Offices, Heritage Works and Education. Whilst initially qualifying and working as a bricklayer, Martin has overseen projects at a supervisory level for 10+ years.

Martin’s strong stakeholder management skills ensure adherence to project specifications, programmes, budget, industry regulations and quality standards.


Will Browne

With 10 years of experience as a project manager, Will has worked across various commercial construction sectors, including Retail, Health, Education and Fit Out/Refurbishment.

Will's attention to detail and focus on the client's needs allows him to provide a high-quality approach to delivering projects.


George Siskamanis

George is currently studying Project Management at Deakin University, completing his third year of his bachelor’s degree. He has chosen Project Management as his major due to his interest and ambition to excel in the building and construction industry.

George has the time management and organisational skills required to successfully complete projects efficiently and effectively. He has a myriad of strengths, including excellent people skills, and will go to great lengths to ensure client satisfaction.


Tony Finch

Tony is a motivated and results-focused manager with 14 years of experience leading, managing, and executing multi-million dollar construction projects within highly competitive residential and commercial markets.

An analytical leader with proven ability to problem-solve, Tony delivers project objectives within program time, budget and contractual agreements.

At St Ferrer, Tony ensures that the quality program and safety are key and of utmost importance. He liaisons with stakeholders to sure they get the best possible experience.
