After several years of supporting leading charities through fundraising, The St Ferrer Impact Build was created to take our community impact one step further.
Each year, the initiative brings together the St Ferrer team, trades, suppliers and partners to transform a space that supports people experiencing hardship or disadvantage.
Fully Funded Refurbishment
The selected project receives a fully funded program of works at no cost to the recipient, with materials, labour and consumables provided by St Ferrer and its trusted partners.
Skilled Trades
St Ferrer brings together construction professionals, trades, suppliers and industry partners to contribute their time and expertise to the project.
Practical Improvements
Works may include painting, landscaping, fencing, gutter repairs, deck restoration, pressure washing, minor electrical works and other cosmetic improvements. St Ferrer may also undertake internal refurbishment works where feasible.
This year, St Ferrer and 40 Impact Partners came together to complete a one-day home transformation for Angelina and her family in Melbourne’s north-eastern suburbs.
What began as an exterior refurbishment grew into a whole-home transformation, thanks to the generosity of St Ferrer’s project partners. Now we’re sharing the full story.
