
St Ferrer was awarded the refurbishment of the School of Mathematical Sciences building by Monash University within the Clayton campus. The project involved staged refurbishment works over four levels within a live environment. The project commenced in November 2017 and concluded in February 2018.

The aesthetic upgrade consisted of 4 floors of renovations throughout the corridors, lift lobbies and amenities area. Works included the replacement of 190 existing office doors, new door frames, carpet, painting, pinboards and signage throughout. The project has given one of Monash University’s oldest buildings a modern refresh, resulting in a very happy end-user group.
