
St Ferrer delivered the fitout and refurbishment for an Investment Firm in the Melbourne CBD, maintaining business continuity throughout the works. Delivered under a streamlined Design & Construct model, the project was carefully staged to minimise disruption to staff, with the majority of works completed outside of standard operating hours and during a holiday shutdown period.
Working within the existing layout, the scope included new carpet, workstations, furniture, and acoustic panelling, along with targeted upgrades to finishes, joinery, and building services. The project was completed over an eight-week programme, delivering a refreshed and functional workplace aligned with the business’s brand.
