St Ferrer was elated to successfully bring to fruition our own new head office space. This project encompassed a range of essential components including fire, mechanical, electrical, and automation works and was executed under a Design and Construct method.
The objective was to deliver an environment in which the team could thrive. This was achieved through a meticulous modern fit-out that incorporates abundant greenery and features a diverse array of workspaces, including a soundproof room and dedicated meeting spaces, all equipped with advanced videoconferencing facilities, contributing to the office’s versatility.
Additionally, the design was optimised to take advantage of the natural light through the expansive windows, showcasing views of the nearby city and its surroundings.
